Scent

Accords of a dark and spicy nature, Black Orchid is similar in scent to a well know eau de parfum of the same name. A floral candle with a sensual twist. This royal blend was made as a limited edition in celebration of the queen's jubilee. These are the last few candles.

Notes

Top: Bergamot, Lemon, Ginger, Pink Pepper, Clove, Apple, Cassis, Plum and Coconut
Middle: Jasmin, Ylang, Lily, Violet, Rose and Marine Notes
Base: Patchouli, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Amber, Musks, Tonka, Vanilla, Sugar, Cinnamon and Vetivert.

Synthetic Oil Range

The scent we have used in this candle is part of our synthetic range. It is made from a high quality blend of natural oils and nature identical oils (which are synthetic). Our oil blends are made for us in the UK.

Making The Candles

Chris makes all of our candles at her home in Chichester.

The process starts by melting the wax in a similar way to melting chocolate. While this is melting Chris will weigh out the oils for that particular scent.
When the wax is fully melted and has reached the correct temperate, we have to slowly stir in the oils by hand for 2 minuets.

There is then a short window of time to pour the candles before the wax rehardens, so we make them in small batches of 3/4 large candles at at time.
